How is is the YouTube Like-to-dislike-ratio calculated?
The percentage is calculated by dividing the amount of likes by the sum of the likes and dislikes * 100.
So: likes / (likes + dislikes) * 100.
Example with 100 likes and 25 dislikes: 100 / (100 + 25) * 100 = 80%.
The ratio-to-one is calculated by dividing the amount of likes by the amount of dislikes.
So: likes / dislikes.
Example with 100 likes and 25 dislikes: 100/25 = 4:1.
