I found ANOTHER way grow small YouTube channels FAST 2024

One of my clients’ YouTube channels had 60 subscribers 5 months ago, now has more than 50k subscribers.
The channel got 1.2M views in just the last month a technique that takes the luck factor out of the equation

Here’s how I got him that success.

Find videos on YouTube that abide by a couple rules:
That can be in your own niche or other niches, as long as you can translate to your own niche

1. have a lot of views

I mean 100K views or more. The more the better.
This tells us about the demand of a topic.

2. are from channels that haven’t been on youtube for long

The smaller the channel is the better
The less videos that they have on their channel is the better
The less subscribers they have the better.
General rule of thumb is: videos need to have AT LEAST 2X views than subscribers.

Although the of subscribers is not the end-all-be-all number, it is a good approximation of how big and old a channel is.

When you find a video from a channel with 40K subscribers and 500K views, on that channel, you have done something right as a small channel.
These are the videos we are looking for.

3. were published not-too long ago

This tells is if there is still demand for a topic.
When you find a video that has a lot of views that was published 5 years ago, could be a bad video.
Because this video could be about a topic that was hot 5 years ago.
Also YouTube has changed tremendously over the last 5 years.
Try to find videos that were published 3 or 6 months ago. 12 months is stretching it.

When you are searching in YouTube Search, you can select the upload date to be “this year”.

4. Still getting views

Keep an eye out for the next couple of days for the videos you found.
Look at their view count.
If videos are still getting views, means that it is still popular.
Of course, the higher the jump in views, the better.

What your are effectively doing with this technique is finding new channels that were really successful with a video topic recently.
If that works for them as a small channel, it will probably work for you as well as a small channel.

Recreate

Now, go and recreate that video.
I’m not talking about the actual content, because you need to give your own spin and unique angle to the topic.
I’m purely talking about video idea and thumbnail.
Because we did our research, we know we have a high chance of success.

If you see the title and thumbnail, what would you envision the content to be?
What would you expect to see as a viewer?
Make THAT video!
Because it will deliver 100% on the promise of title and thumbnail.

This is a technique that helps you starting out.
Once you’ve gained your own loyal following (100k subs or more), it is time to start thinking about making your own original content.
By then you’ve probably gained enough experience to know what works and what doesn’t with your audience.
Which is valuable knowledge to have making your own content.
